My goal is to provide photography services that add substantial value to your listing. Your assistance will be invaluable in helping us to reach this goal. In general, a simpler, cleaner and tidier house photographs the best.

The photo-shoot will take between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the size of the home. I will be photographing both the inside and outside of the home and will add supplemental lighting. I’ll be photographing all of the major rooms. I do not normally photograph laundry rooms, garages, etc unless they have special features or I am requested to do so. The follow suggestions will make my job easier and will make your home more photogenic.

  • If there are special features of your home that you would like included please let me know.

  • Contain pets in the garage or out of sight.

  • Remove all vehicles from driveways and do not park directly in front of the house.

  • Move garbage cans out of sight.

  • Remove all garden tools including hoses and sprinklers.

  • Mow and rake yards.

  • Sweep driveways, sidewalks and patios.

  • Clear off counter tops in kitchen and bathroom areas.

  • Remove photos, notes and papers from the refrigerator.

  • Turn on all interior lights.

  • Turn off ceiling fans and televisions.

  • De-clutter rooms as cluttered rooms do not photograph well.

  • Make all beds and tidy bedrooms. Clothes should be hung or folded and put away.

  • Remove stacks of newspaper and magazines.

  • Tuck trash cans out of view in a closet or cupboard.

  • Let me know if your home contains valuable works of art. I can edit photos to make these items unrecognizable.
